ORO Software Ltda. ("ORO", "we" or "us") is a Brazilian company specializing in custom software development, integrations, automation and cloud solutions. We operate in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

• Contact form: name, email, phone, and project description.
• Analytics data (with consent): pages visited, session duration, traffic source, and interactions via Google Analytics 4 — loaded only after explicit consent.
• Technical data: anonymized IP address, browser type, and OS.

• Preliminary contractual procedures (Art. 7, V): for processing contact form data, including quote requests and commercial discussions, at the data subject's own request.
• Consent (Art. 7, I): for analytical cookies and Google Analytics. No tracking occurs before consent is granted.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): for site security, fraud prevention, and bot protection via Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Legal obligation (Art. 7, II): when required by law or competent authority.

We share data only with: Google LLC (Analytics, consent-gated), Cloudflare Inc. (Turnstile bot protection), and Resend Inc. (transactional email). International transfers may occur as these providers are based outside Brazil; we adopt providers with adequate contractual and security safeguards per LGPD Art. 33.
